Psychic disturbance this is where negative energies build in an area of the home due to unseen detrimental energies which are spirit based, or more commonly detrimental human emotions which have built up from negative emotional experiences inside a home. It can be caused by negative emotions like; tension, trauma, anger, depression, jealousy etc.

It can take the form of an attachment, in and around the energy feilds or aura, psychic attack, generalised negative energy areas or human manifested thought forms to name a few.
